1)  Half day Promotional Training Programme for Sub-Engineers of Electric Supply Branch regarding Electricity Act, 2003 and MERC Regulation for Standard of Performance (SOP) was arranged on 5/3/2009 at Recruitment Hall, BEST Mumbai Central Depot.  The faculty of training programme was Mr. S.P.Goswami, Member BEST, CGR Forum.

2)  As directed by DGM(ES) vide his noting in MIS Report of CGRF for the month Nov-2009 a meeting was held on 20/1/2010 in MERC Hall with representatives from Legal Dept, Customer Care Depts, Energy Audit & Vigilance Dept to discuss the issues pertaining to handling of cases in CGR Forum. The meeting was also addressed by CERC, CECC, Chairman CGRF & Member (CPO) CGRF.
